IMPORTANT SIZING FACTORS: A)
Our
styles differ completely from the current
1) They're not oversized -- B)
Because of (A), our products will be generally
trimmer in cut. Trimmer doesn't, however, mean prohibitive. It does mean that if you wear,
say, a 44R but, alas, "temporarily" have a little more gut than you prefer, you
might do better with a 46R. If you're an Odd Size, say a 43R, you'll almost always go up to the
next even size. Some companies advise going up to
next size in this style. We don't. If, say, you're a genuine 42, of regular build,
try a 42R -- if you try a 44R, it probably would feel fine. BUT, you wouldn't know if a
42R felt better. Conversely, if the 42R feels tight and you love the jacket, you just swap
it for a 44R. But you know the right size then. We are often asked to provide "shoulder measurement." In genuine tailoring no such measurement exists as there is no seam:seam length to measure. Further every (pseudo) "shoulder measurement" would differ according to armhole and sleeve configuration, which differs in every style and every mfg. Others, however, will provide this "length." We will not, as it has nothing to do with correct fit, misleads more than leads, and we're sticklers for correctness.

RETURN POLICY
A) All Regular Production products Fully Refundable less $10.00 Restock Charge. Garment must be unworn, undamaged and returned as shipped. EXCHANGES: No Restock Charge; customer only pays Shipping.
B) For RETURNS, customer MUST notify us by phone, fax or e-mail WITHIN 7 DAYS after receipt of merchandise to request RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Customer then must return merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Please save original packing carton and materials for possible reuse.C) Merchandise received by us without RAN within 14 days of customer receipt is subject to an Additional $15.00 Restock Charge.
D) Merchandise returned with RAN after 14 days of customer receipt incurs Additional $15.00 Restock Charge.
E) Merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE after 14 days of customer receipt without LOST WORLDS Permission and RAN. Merchandise will not be accepted if shipped to us without RAN on carton.
F) RETURNS/EXCHANGES SHIPPING COSTS: Customer pays all Shipping Charges.
RETURN POLICY: REGULAR SIZES & STYLES IN SPECIAL ORDER HIDES:
- 25% Deducted from Cost for Size Exchange Only.

*Unless we've made the sizing error, we require this Penalty because we don't need non-standard sizes and versions in stock. Each LONG and BIG SIZE is also custom made, even in Regular styles, to the customer's measurements. It's not a generic LONG or BIG.We apologize if this policy seems Draconian, but as a small specialist manufacturer we need to control our inventory so as to satisfy dedicated, serious customers. Please, however, confer directly with us if circumstances require that the policy be redefined in a particular case.
G) MODIFIED OR ALTERED (by LOST WORLDS or outside provider) MERCHANDISE, SALE, CUSTOM OR REGULAR PRODUCTION: Is NOT RETURNABLE.
H) NUISANCE ORDERS: If an Item is ordered, made and shipped and the customer refuses UPS or other carrier delivery when it arrives without having cancelled the order in writing or by email previously, a 10% Restock charge will be assessed.

CUSTOM ORDERS We will gladly undertake practically any custom work a Retail or Trade customer requires. However, we must caution the customer that TRADE/CUSTOM ORDERS are NOT RETURNABLE. If you design it, it's yours. All TRADE/CUSTOM ORDERS must be PREPAID and Credit Cards are Not Accepted unless waived by us. In this regard, we highly recommend the customer interested in Custom work try on and inspect a regular production item, if possible, before initiating the Custom Order. This way he's assured of sizing and satisfaction issues. We are always working on Custom Orders, so this is an area of full expertise, but must insist the prospective customer understand we have no use for a modified jacket in our inventory. Procedure: after inspecting/trying on regular production item, customer returns signed Custom Order authorization to us with payment by check, MO, bank transfer. (We've been fleeced by frauds and tirekickers, so to protect ourselves and our customers we've put this system in place. We're the best, but not all customers, regrettably, are as well.) |

PRODUCTION TIME LOST WORLDS is a small specialist company. We do not nomrally stock items. Items are made when Order received. Average production time: 2-5 weeks depending on season and item. PRODUCT GUARANTEE +

2-Year Warranty on Parts/Hardware/Non-Leather Materials except in the case
of customer abuse or modification.Warranty only applies to original
purchaser. Customer pays Shipping Charges to and from Manufactuer in the

For Foreign Orders we can ship according to your request: Air Parcel Post, Surface Parcel Post (not recommended), UPS International, or others.
